Information Use Agreement

All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the videos, images, photos, articles, calendars, headlines, charts, illustrations, and other information (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided on the information website Indie Freaks (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") operated by Indie Freaks (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms of use set forth below (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").

  • Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

4. No Warranty

The Company does not provide any warranty, including but not limited to the following:

  • That the use of the Website will not cause any defects or failures in Users' PCs
  • The accuracy and completeness of the Content
  • That the Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party
  • That the Website will be permanent
  • That the use of the Website will meet the necessary requirements of Users
  • That the use of the Website will not be interrupted or result in errors

5. Disclaimer

  • The Company shall not be involved in or responsible for the PC usage environment of Users.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by changes, interruptions, or termination of the Website's content.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any obstacles that may arise in viewing the Website due to unforeseen factors.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for the legality, morality, reliability, or accuracy of the homepages linked from each page of the Website.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by Users as a result of using the Content.
  • The Company takes all possible measures against viruses but shall not be responsible for those that cannot be detected at the current time or those caused by other software.

6. Relationship with Other Services

If there are provisions other than these Terms for other services provided by the Company, such provisions shall also apply. In the event of any conflicting descriptions with these Terms, the provisions of the relevant service shall take precedence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising between the Company and Users in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company as the court of first instance.
